Snacks The Kids Will Want To Eat.


I've been following the Nourished Mummy Project for a while now and they have some really yummy and super easy snack recipes for our little babes. I have a few faves that my daughter will actually eat so I'd thought I'd share on here for you in hopes that MAYBE, your minis will love then too!




1 1/2 cups brown rice crisps

3 tbsp manuka honey

1 tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup of roaster peanuts (if you want to add)


In a large bowl, mix the rice crisps and nuts together. Melt the honey, coconut oil and peanut butter and once cooled, add to the rice crisps. Mix together and then spoon into a mini mould tray. Freeze or fridge to harden.





1/4 cup organic raw oats or gluten free flour

1/2 banana

1 organic egg or chia eggs

1/4 cup of almond milk (or milk of choice)

Handful of spinach


Blend in blender until smooth. Add to a pan (with coconut oil or ghee) and fry. Can be frozen for snacks later down the track.








1 sml zucchini (raw)

2 sml bananas

1 organic egg or chia egg (1 tbsp of chia seeds soaked in 3 tbsp of water)

1 cup of oats

1/2 cup of coconut water or milk of choice

1/8 tsp of cinnamon


Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Pour into mini muffin tray (can add strawberries, blueberries etc on top if you wish) and cook in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes (on middle tray) or until cooked through.
